First Steps On The Journey With Jesus Christ

One of the most transformative events in my life was accepting the invitation from the Lord as stated in Matthew 11:28-29 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Embarking on the path of accepting this invitation involves a series of important steps -  The "ABC of Salvation" A: Acknowledge the Existence of God Recognize the presence and existence of God, our Creator. A: Admit Your Need for God Acknowledge your own limitations and the need for guidance, support, and salvation. B: Believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, understanding His sacrifice on the cross for your redemption and reconciliation with the Father.
